In this session Agriculture Teachers will have the opportunity to learn about the Meats Evaluation CDE and how to prepare students to be successful in the competition. Meat Science curriculum and relevant industry information will be provided as well.

Agriculture Instructor and FFA Advisor, USD 235 Uniontown
Scott Sutton has been an agricultural instructor and FFA Advisor for 12 years, the last 8 have been at Uniontown High School. He has coached 2 state winning meat evaluation teams and 3 state runner-up teams.

Sara Sutton

Ag Instructor and Meat Judging Coach, Fort Scott Community College
Sara Sutton has been an Agriculture Instructor and is the Meat Judging Coach at Fort Scott Community College for the past 6 years. She has coached numerous national contest winning teams as well as numerous All-American students.
