Improving access and success for special populations and other underserved learner groups is a key priority of Perkins V. This session will share promising solutions for supporting particular learner groups and special populations generally through strategies like data collection and analysis, cross-sector collaboration, instructional supports, flexible and accelerated learning policies, wraparound supports, and career exploration and planning.
