Join us as we review Civil Rights Audit requirements for CTE programs in Kansas Schools. This presentation will cover required documents, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with all applicable statutes and regulations. This session is required for districts selected for audit in the 24-25 school year and is open to all interested participants.

Andy currently serves as the MOA Coordinator for KSDE overseeing the Civil Rights Audit process in Kansas Schools. Prior to his work as MOA Coordinator, Andy served as a teacher, special education director and service center director for over 30 years.

Technical Assistance Coordinator, Great Plains ADA
Ray serves as the Technical Assistance Coordinator with the Great Plains ADA Center. Ray has more than 4 decades of experience providing technical assistance related to the ADA Accessibility requirements for Kansas schools.
