We will share the results of the Kansas' early childhood care and education comprehensive survey of over 5,500 professionals including demographics, motivations for teaching, and perceived barriers. Data informs decision making on further supports for recruitment and retention of high quality workforce and collaborations between the secondary and post-secondary systems and local communities.
